Updated offcier list and responsibilites?

since the officer's test have been graded and we are revamping the officer core now might be a good time to state all the current officer's and their responsibilities from what I figured out some of the basics are these
1. lead the outfit in ops (duh)
2. help resolve disputes and issues between members
3. tell new members the golden rule

I know we will probably have a meeting about this as well once all the scores are passed out but I figure it would be good for the rest of members to know who we are and what we do as well

according to the current ranks on the outfit tab these our officers as of now in Planetside along with their ts3 ranks.
